  • How much does shipping cost?

Trulvl offers free shipping for all orders over $100. Choose a shipping method at checkout for your product(s). Your total shipping charge will automatically compute prior to completion of your order.


Rates are as follows:



Expect 1-3 days of processing time before orders ship.


Standard Shipping

  • 4-7 day delivery after orders ship - $7 (FREE on orders over $49)
  • Free standard shipping on all orders for Unlocked members 

Expedited Shipping

  • 2-4 day delivery after orders ship - $15 

Express Shipping

  • 1-2 day delivery after orders ship - $20

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Military, and PO Boxes - $20


  • Can orders be shipped outside of the U.S.?
    • Yes! We ship to most countries, excluding Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea.
    • An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

  • How long will my order take to be delivered?
    • As some of our products are printed on demand, the fulfillment period varies, but is generally between 3-7 days.

  • Will shipping times be affected by Covid-19?
    • Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual while things get back to normal. We're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges.

  • My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
    • Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
      • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
      • Ask your local post office if they have your package
    • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office, get in touch with us at with your order number and the name and email used to place the order.
    • If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the cost of the replacement items and shipping will be at your own cost. As always, feel free to contact us at

  • What if my order says it was delivered, but I did not receive it?
    • Unfortunately, we do not cover refunds due to carrier error, but we would recommend doing the following:
      • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If a mistake is found, please contact us at to discuss the steps towards getting a replacement.
      • Check with your local post office to see if they still have your package.


  • What’s your return policy?
    • As we print some of our products on demand, we do not offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at with your order number and the name and email used to place the order. We are happy to fix any mistakes made on Trulvl’s behalf!
  • Do you offer refunds?
    • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of the wrong or damaged items within 7 days and we’ll sort that out for you.
  • Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
    • At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, photos of the mislabeled item, the email and name used on the order, and we’ll send you a new one or issue a refund!
  • How to Initiate a Return
  • I received a wrong or damaged product, what should I do?
    • We pride ourselves on unparalleled product quality. That’s why all our orders go through a 3-step quality check before we ship them out. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or if the product was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. 
    • To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at  within 7 days with photos of the damaged or incorrect product, your order number, the name and email used on the order, and any other pertinent details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
